Black Diamond Conference Basketball COVID-19 Safety Protocols
Please help us have a safe and successful Black Diamond Conference Basketball Season by adhering to the following safety protocols:
Guidance for Players, Coaches, Officials, and Media (Home and Visitor)
Player wellness checks, including temperature screening, assessment for cough, shortness of breath, and any exposure to a positive COVID case. (documentation required upon arrival)
Stay home if “Too Sick for School.” (OSDH, 2015)
Separate towels and water bottles for each player
Sanitize hands upon entering the locker room and exiting the locker room.
Guidance for Fans (Home and Visitor)
Temperature screens at the admission gate
Stay home if “Too Sick for School” (OSDH, 2015)
Masks should be worn unless they pose a health or safety concern.
Hand Hygiene upon entering the gym (hand sanitizer readily available)
Social distancing by family and separate communities by home and visitor sides when possible
Limit the number of people in the bathrooms
All fans will utilize designated entrances for their communities (home/visitor)
Parents, fans, and community members should exit the gym 10 minutes after the game is completed.
Parents, please wait for your child/player outside the gymnasium.

**Each conference gym will allow a different level of social distancing, please note the seating capacities before traveling to a conference gym.**
